Serbian school “Sveti Sava” in Thessaloniki, Katerini and Leptokari with the cooperation and assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia, celebrated on 24th January school Slava St. Sava in the premises of the Thessaloniki Metropolis.

In front of a numerous audience, professor Blagoje Rajković, from the Faculty of Theology in Cetinje, attendant of the post-graduate studies in Thessaloniki, together with cantors of the St. Sava church, consecrated cake, after which Consul General Sinisa Pavić welcomed the public and thanked program participants for their efforts.

In honor of the first Serbian Archbishop and educator, pupils of Serbian school together with teacher Ana Džoganović have successfully performed great program, consisted of a theatrical presentation of growing up and life of St. Sava and musical part performed by the choir and talented individuals, accompanied on the piano by pianist Ana Tomanović.

In the program, as guests, also participated students of the 1st Gymnasium of Elefteriou Kordeliou from Ambelokipi Municipality. The Mayor of that Municipality was present in audience as well.
